Gurgaon has an estimated 1,100 residential skyscrapers. The city has a large number of attached multi-dwelling units, including apartments, condominiums and high rise residential towers. Overall, the Delhi-NCR market is under stress due to excess inventory, which means buyers and investors can expect significant discounts on the purchase of property here.
