Born and brought up in Bengaluru, Sanjay comes from a family that owns the retail garment business Show Off which is one of the leading apparel stores in the city. With the addition of Mr. Ramesh Agarwal and Mr. Nitin Agarwal to strengthen the management team, SNN made a strong foray into the Real Estate sector in Bangalore. As they say, success is a journey and the company progressed consistently and finally received media recognition as SNN Raj Lakeview Phase I was voted as the best project in Luxury category by India Today. NDTV recommended SNN Raj Serenity as a first option project in Begur Main Road while India Today also voted SNN Raj Serenity as A Must Visit Project. SNN also bagged the coveted award of CSR Initiative of the Year from Realty Plus magazine for its efforts to give something back to the society by establishing a Government recognized School in its SNN Raj Serenity project for the children of the laborers working at the site.

With such a modest beginning, the company has already completed over 40 projects with over 8 million sq.ft. of spaces in the residential, commercial and industrial segments.

We are the first builder to come up with an innovative idea of setting up a school with proper state board curriculum at our SNN Raj Serenity project.
