BREDCO was founded in 1974 by Mr. S. F. Engineer who was the managing partner of the highly reputed S. F. Engineer Group. Mr. Engineer began his career in 1942 and became a pioneer in the real estate industry. He founded the company on the principles of providing exceptional quality and value to customers. To this day, we have followed these ideals by building not just houses, but homes for our customers. Our iconic buildings have been instrumental in shaping Mumbai’s skyline over the last 70 years.
