The Managing Director of Aakash Educational Services Purchases a Luxury Home in Chanakyapuri, Delhi for INR 137 Crore

According to records obtained by Zapkey.com, Aakash Chaudhry of Aakash Educational Services Limited has purchased a property in Chanakyapuri, Delhi, for Rs 137 crore.

Documents revealed that Chaudhry had acquired a home on Kautilya Marg, Diplomatic Enclave, Chankyapuri.

The property, measuring 1293.47 square meters (approximately - 13,918 sq ft), was registered on August 1, 2022.

According to the records provided by Zapkey.com, the Managing Director of Aakash Educational Services Limited paid Rs 8.2 crore in stamp duty for the company's August 1 registration.

Sumitra Chakravarty of Oriental Structure Engineers Pvt Ltd is the vendor of the property via Arvind Singh, the builder.

Real estate in Chankyapuri has always been high demand and some of the most affluent HNIs have invested in properties in Chankyapuri over a period of time.

In addition, the National Capital Region continues to have a high demand for luxury addresses and complexes with upscale facilities.
