●    Jaipur was founded in 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, and ruled by him from 1699-1744. Initially the capital was Amber, which is situated at a distance of 11 km from Jaipur. Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh 2 knew that there was the need of shifting his capital city with the increase in population and growing scarcity of water.
●     Jaipur city is the first ever planned city of the country India and the king consulted several books on architecture and architects, in order to be prepared before making the layout of Jaipur.
●    The architecture of the town was very advanced and certainly the best in Indian subcontinent at that point of time. In the year 1853, when Prince of Wales visited Jaipur, the whole city was painted in Pink color to welcome him and after that Jaipur was titled as the 'Pink City'.Even today, the neat and broadly laid-out avenues, painted in pink can be witnessed.
●     The capital city of Rajasthan, popularly known as the pink city, Jaipur is one of the rapidly growing cities of the country. Until 2014 - 15 the city was majorly only known for its beautiful heritage hotels and gems and jewellery business
●    After 2014 the city  has seen some extra-ordinary development, including the infrastructure and properties to invest. There are some amazing residential and commercial properties as well. Since this is a  planned city, it is quite an effortless task for the real estate builders to establish apartments and villas in Jaipur.

●    Jaipur city is situated or rather designed in a way that it is located on the Golden Quadrilateral which is proposed to be upgraded as the National Express Way,
●    Jaipur is on the way of becoming a Mega City by 2025 with a population of 10 million persons encompassing over an area of about 800 sq. km.
●    The expected investment is a whopping $2 billion.
●     As Jaipur is a planned city, the foundation of the city has been positioned after vigilant planning and meticulous research. Therefore, even if loads of new project in Jaipur are established, you won’t find the city congested.
