Before we talk about the property rates and locations good enough for real estate investment in gurgaon let’s quickly peek into the history of Gurgaon.

Gurgaon was once known as Gurugram and has been renamed as gurugram.

Here's a brief history of the city:

●    Gurgaon City’s name can be traced back to the ancient Hindu scriptures, the land is believed to have been owned by the legendary rulers namely Pandavas and Kauravas, presented  it to Guru Dronacharya, their royal guru for warfare, as an appreciation for training them.
●    Gurgaon has historically been the center of education and Gurugram is said to be its historical name.
●    The Land became part of an extensive kingdom ruled over by Rajputs of Yaduvanshi otherwise known as the Jadaun tribe in ancient times. It was annexed by Babur when the Mughals had conquered India
●    By the year 1803 most of which came under the British rule with the fall of the Mughal Empire
●    Gurgaon fell under the Indian state of Punjab,after India attained independence.
●    Area - 732 kilometre squares, Gurgaon currently has a population of 1.7 million people. It is a major part of the National Capital Region (NCR) of India.


Now that we somewhat know the history of Gurgaon city , let's further look into - Investments and properties.

A dream project of Haryana Government  called as the 'Golden Triangle City Center' in Sector 29, will soon add more charm to Gurgaon city. The city has the finest pubs, lounge and hotels to enjoy many beautiful shades of life.

Places like Kingdom of Dreams and Appu Ghar are very popular specially among the youngsters.


Transportation

The city has a good transportation system, and connectivity. There is also an option for people to take State run buses to commute in various parts of India. The latest addition to Gurgaon transportation and facilities is the 'Rapid Metro'.
