Colliers Collaborates with Embassy Group and SAS Infrastructure on the Development of Three Office Complexes in Hyderabad

Colliers has launched a joint venture with the Embassy Group and SAS infra to build three office complexes totaling 14 million square feet in Hyderabad. The first of the buildings, the 36-story Embassy SAS I Tower, is presently under construction and will total 5.2 million square feet, while the second, the 3 million square foot Embassy Diamond Tower, has commenced excavation. 

Crown, the third project, will have a capacity of 3 million square feet of commercial space and will be developed in collaboration with Embassy and SAS Infra.

The project represents the Embassy Group's return to Hyderabad and gives the company access to significant office development projects in desirable locations. SAS will capitalise on Embassy Group's excellent development skills and capacity to recruit international customers.
