3 track, superior quality, powder coated aluminum frame with granite sil and mosquito net

KITCHEN :
Kitchen to have concept tiling upto dado, platform to be in black granite, designed as per modular standards, SS single bowl sink and SS faucet (cabinetry and accessories not included)

WATER SUPPLY :
Assured water supply from PWD linked underground tank and master overhead tank

ELECTRIFICATION :
All electrification to be of concealed type with modular switches of a reputed brand

PAINTING :
Anti-fungal acrylics emulsion paints for internal walls and cement paint for external walls
